Nexus Mod Manager won't work anymore. (make backup) reinstall and try reintalling evrything with NMM. remember , do not touch anything inside C:\Games\Nexus Mod Manager\Skyrim\Mods theyll be there. so you just have to doble click them until they are all installed. if you dont erase anything in the mods folder you will not need to
